Juan-D-Ful Mexican Food

Donation protected

On January 18, 2018 Juan was home alone and suffered a stroke that affected his right arm, sensation, speech and motor planning. After several weeks in the hospital, he is now home and showing steady improvements, with daily therapy to recover his speech, use of his right hand and independence in his day to day activities. Generously, his sister, Delia, is staying with him as Juan continues to require someone with him 24/7.  Juan is a small business owner providing Juan-d-ful Mexican food to Northwest Kansas.  Since the stroke his wife Bobi, friends, and family are working to keep Juan’s business operational as much as possible, but it is not that easy.  As you can imagine the medical bills have been very expensive. Juan is a fun and hardworking individual and his ultimate goal is to return to cooking and operate Juan-d-ful Mexican food once again.  The neurologists, rehab doctors and therapists are projecting a full year of hard work in therapy and at home to recover.  Any help to keep the Juan-d-ful Mexican Food truck alive and Juan’s dream in focus will be forever appreciated by the Robles family, thank you and God Bless.
