Baby Marilynne's Support

Kurt and Steffanie Henderson, parishoners of ICD, went to bed one night 7 months pregnant.  The next morning, Steffanie did not feel the baby moving like she normally did and something told her that something wasn't right.  Her intuition told her to get checked out at the hospital.  Upon having a sonogram, the baby's heartbeat was fine but there was no blood or nutrients being passed through the umbilical cord.  It was cutting off the baby's food and oxygen.  The doctors performed an emergency C-Section and air lifted the baby from their hospital to Cardinal Glennon in St Louis.  The baby was 4lb 7oz and 17 inches.  She was a FIGHTER.  Currently, baby Marilynne has been taken off the ventilator and is breathing on her own.  All of her organs are functioning fine including brain activity.  She will continue to be Cardinal Glennon for another month or two.  During this time, Kurt and Steffanie are going to incur a lot of increased expenses for medical bills, travel to the hospital and lost income from time off work.  Please take a few minutes to help them during this time of need. 

If you can not financially support them, please at least say a prayer for their family and baby Marilynne.
