Watching someone you love face the daily challenges of Parkinson’s is heartbreaking, but it’s also shown us the importance of raising awareness, funding research, and supporting those living with the condition. That’s why we’ve decided to take action.

<div>To help raise money for Parkinson’s UK — a charity dedicated to finding a cure and improving life for everyone affected — we’re embarking on an ambitious (and slightly crazy!) challenge: driving a humble Kia Picanto all the way from Grimsby, UK to Georgia, right at the edge of Europe.

<div>This road trip will take us thousands of miles through multiple countries, across varied terrain, and into places far outside our comfort zone. Our little Kia Picanto isn’t exactly built for epic expeditions — which makes the journey even more challenging and, hopefully, even more inspiring for those who follow along.

<div>Every mile we drive is a step toward raising vital funds for research, treatments, and support services provided by Parkinson’s UK. The charity is doing incredible work to understand the causes of the disease, improve therapies, and ultimately find a cure — but they rely heavily on donations to keep going.
