Want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money to benefit the World Wide Fund for Nature Australia, and any donation will help make an impact. More than a billion animals are thought to have been killed by the fires in Australia, as estimated by Chris Dickman, a professor of ecology at the University of Sydney. Many animals have suffered extremely, especially koalas and kangaroos. At least 25,000 koalas are believed to have died in Australia and this will have a terrible impact on the survival of this wonderful species. Nearly a third of the koala population of NSW has died. This is a huge loss of wildlife is a tragedy.
I hope anyone who sees this will try help by donating even just $1 because everything counts. The donated money will go directly to the WWF fundraising campaign to help the animals in Australia. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so so much to me.

Yes, I am aware of the fact that these fires have not been caused by climate change specifically and that Australia has always had fired around this time of the year but never like this.
The climate change and increasing temperature have increased heat and drought and so making the situation worse.
Try living a more eco-friendly lifestyle:
- eat less meat ( meat consumption contributes to deforestation and did you know that it creates as much greenhouse gas as all the cars, trucks and airplanes in the world)
- use less paper and recycle more (By recycling one short ton (0.91 t) of paper you can save 17 mature trees, according to the EPA. If you need to use paper at your job or school, you can still make a difference by recycling the paper you do use. )
- cut down the energy at your home
-try to cut out plastic
-use LED light bulbs
