Hi, I’m Csilla. My family and I are fundraising to help pay off the vet bills and create a small memorial for our sweet dachshund Abby, who passed away unexpectedly at almost 16 years old.

Abby was truly part of our family. She gave us so much love, comfort, and joy over the years, and losing her so suddenly has been really hard. On July 17th 2025, she was rushed to the emergency vet with sudden onset pancreatitis. She hadn’t been eating, and things escalated fast. She spent the entire day at the animal hospital receiving fluids and care, and they did everything they could to help her. We thought we’d be able to take her home, but by the evening, she was no longer stable, and we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let her go.

We’re raising funds to help:

-Pay off the emergency vet and euthanasia costs

-Cover the cost of a few memorial keepsakes to honor her

-Grief support

Anything you’re able to give would help lift some of the weight off our family and allow us to focus on healing and honoring her memory.
