Please help us save our girl, Brooklyn.

Brooklyn is our Olde English Bulldogge and she is the light of our family. She is three and a half years old and is mostly a happy, healthy, wiggly baby. She loves snuggles, meeting new people, playing with her toys, and playing tug-of-war.
Tragically, she has torn a ligament in her leg that requires surgery. Specifically, she has suffered a "cranial cruciate ligament rupture" that requires a "tibia plateau leveling osteotomy," which is a surgical procedure for which we received an estimate of $4,736.16.
Here is a photo of the vet bill:

We have already spent over $600.00 for the xrays and vet checks just to get this diagnosis and we cannot afford the $4,736.16 for her surgery. However, if we decline the surgery, she would remain in substantial pain for the rest of her life, which we could never do to her. So, our only other option is to put her down, even though she is only three and a half.
I have never used go fund me to make a request before, but our whole family is heartbroken, including my 16-year-old and 7-year-old sons. She has been our family's baby girl since the first day we brought her home as a puppy. We can't imagine our family without her, but we can't also stand the thought of forcing her to live in pain because we are unable to afford her surgical bills.
(This is Brooklyn as a pup and again with my boys a few years ago.)

Please help us save Brooklyn. Anything that anyone could give would help. There is an opening for the surgery in approximately two weeks at the veterinary hospital that gave us the estimate, and we need to know as soon as possible whether to call and reserve her spot. We are hoping that we will be able to move forward with scheduling her surgery by this Friday, March 11, 2016, so we can get her in and relieve her pain as quickly as possible.
We would be grateful beyond measure to anyone who could assist us with a donation to help us pay for her surgery and save our girl. Every little bit would help. Thank you in advance for any assistance that we can get.
All our love,
The McCray Family (including Brooklyn)
