Jpso James Matthews, his life now

This is not easy for anybody to do. Deputy James C Matthews, a 24 year veteran will have to leave behind all he knows, loves, and cares about, the people who he serves and protected everyday. This past week has been told he would be on kidney dialysis the rest of his life due to diabetes. That was a hard blow,but what has deemed to end law enforcement for now, and probably for good, he received news that he would be having one of his legs amputated. Anyone who knows Sparky, knows he would have went down with the ship before this would have happened. But, he now needs to put his health first. He has always put everything and everyone before himself.
He will be having medical bills, etc, and living expenses for family that has always been provided for by his extra work. He will no longer have this or family. As his wife, I want to be there to help him for the first several months. This is going to be my full time job.
I truly hope that you all understand what this has come to, for us to share this with anyone. Or for the matter ask for help. It has been a rough start and him knowing his family is ok will make this a better healing process for him.
