Steph is about to begin the fight of a lifetime! Undergoing a life saving heart surgery this Friday AND tackling Stage 3 Breast Cancer 3 weeks later, via a bilateral mastectomy and lymph node dissection are critical to her survival...but she is not alone. She has COMMUNITY.
Time to bring friends + family TOGETHER on this platform to make a BIG impact in her life right now! With these 2 major surgeries to undergo, as you can imagine the long road to recovery with traditional treatment is a physically taxing and exorbitantly expensive one. She is currently facing a very challenging journey that we all know she will successfully physically + emotionally traverse through, but it is a tough one that we hope to ease in all ways possible. She always goes above and beyond the call of duty as my dearest friend, and is always in support of her friends, family and community at large, so we want to give back to her in this time. This fundraiser has been created to raise at least $30,000 to help on her road to recovery. I know this supportive community, who has been sending prayers, can help make a positive impact in Steph's life during this time!
Please keep praying for Steph. She will undergo open heart surgery August 31st and will be recovering in the hospital for potentially a week, but we are looking at getting the money together as soon as possible through generous donations.
