My Second Chance
Hi my name is Chris Stylez, an emerging author seeking a much needed second chance. I have been dedicated and very persistent with a burning desire to write a novel. Doing so allows me to release the pain that has captivated me by a legal system that I can no longer explain. As I began writing this novel I realized I had an idea worth exploring and sharing with the world. This is where I ask for your help.....
My Vision
I've been wrongfully convicted for a crime that I didn't commit and I'm fighting to regain my freedom. I have been diligently pursuing justice through the legal system for nine years. But to no avail, I haven't given up the legal battle. Since being incarcerated, I started writing short stories to release my pain. I turned one of these stories into a novel. The reviews have been great ! I'm in the process of completing the first book of a trilogy series. With many more titles to come!
What’s It All About
This book and its underlying message is loosely based on my life. The Glow of this book brings you through the journey of a person after being released from prison. This book paints a vivid picture of what individuals endure when released from prison. If not given a second chance in life, that person will be be back to the same cycle that many have faced. Thus being a statistic! Recidivism is a major issue in the United States. The Book will be a paper back edition of approximately 370 pages with roughly 42 chapters.
The art work for the cover is close to being complete. As well as the logo for the company.
Who do I have helping me at this time ?
Just so you know I'm not in this alone, I have help and they are; Shawn Williams, Swis Media, " A " Caterer's, T. Simmons, S. Singleton, S. Taylor, and Dr. Pamela White (editor).
What help do I need and why?
The help I receive will provide me with the ability to publish my own novel and retain creative control of my intellectual property. With my own publishing company I can provide a platform for other up and coming authors that are faced with similar dilemmas that truly deserve a second chance. These authors may not have the resources to get their visions and thoughts to the forefront. My company will be the solution for giving untapped talent an opportunity to be successful.
