I am Aunt Debbie and I live in Metairie, LA. John Paul is my nephew and Christina is his wife. They live in Houston, have been married one year, and just celebrated their first wedding anniversary. As a newly married couple, they were so excited to start their new life together. Unfortunately, Hurricane Harvey poured 4 feet into the townhouse they were renting, and all their brand new furniture, their belongings, John Paul's low mileage, customized 2014 Mustang GT, and even their wedding pictures were destroyed. Thank God they are OK, yet I am reaching out on their behalf requesting assistance to help them begin to rebuild their lives and start over. These funds would be used for immediate things they may now require so they can go back to work and then eventually begin replacing everything they lost in the flood. Thank you in advance for reading this post, and for contributing whatever you can. As a victim of the devastation from Hurricane Katrina, I know firsthand what kind of courage it takes to rebuild after such an event. God bless the people of Houston and for those who lost loved ones, may their memories be eternal.
