<div>I’m Lydia Sullivan, and I believe that our connection to water is one of the most powerful experiences we can have in this life. Water is a place where joy, freedom, and healing converge. Everyone deserves the chance to float down a river, paddle through moving water, or cast a line off a dock—and to feel safe and confident while doing it.

<div>Since 2019, Making Waves has provided over 7,000 swim scholarships for children and caregivers, helping them learn essential life-saving swim and water skills. We are passionate about ensuring that more Black children and their families have access to these life-saving lessons, reclaiming their legacy and fostering a joyful relationship with water.

<div>Your generous donation will directly cover the full cost of these swim lessons, creating opportunities for families to connect with the water in meaningful ways. Thank you for supporting this vital mission and helping us make a difference.
