Joyce Sonnier's Memorial

On Saturday, November 12, 2016 our beloved Pre-K and Kindergarten teacher, Ms. Joyce Sonnier, was tragically killed in a car accident. While driving in her car with her mother and son, they were hit by a driver who was allegedly under the influence and was racing another car. We have been informed by her family that her son is doing well at home, and her mother is recovering in the hospital.
Ms. Sonnier leaves behind a loving 8 year-old son. She loved being a mom and was the epitome of selflessness. Ms. Sonnier was kind, intelligent and had a beautiful smile that will deeply be missed.
We have established this account as a memorial fund to assist with her son’s and family’s needs.
Our hearts and condolences go out to Ms. Sonnier’s family. She has touched many of our Redeemer students’ lives and will be truly missed by our Redeemer community.
