Joy's Bench

Joy was passionate about nature and as South Sough's Education Coordinator she spent a lot of time teaching and igniting that passion in  others. South Sough will dedicate a bench in Joy's memory on a platform that overlooks the slough. The bench  includes a carved  map of the slough so it will be perfect for explaining the importance of the estuary.  Contributions toward the cost of the bench and the plaque are greatly appreciated.  You may donate here or send a check  payable to FOSS, PO Box 5446, Charelston, OR 97420. Indicate that the donation is for "Joy's Bench" If we exceed our goal, any additional funds will go to the FOSS' "Joy Scouts Scholarship Fund".
