Joy To The Orphans Campaign

There is a myriad of orphans in Burundi who are currently in dire conditions.This Christmas Iciza (Goodness) Initiative ,in partnership with a local religious organization ,plans to reach out to three orphanages to bring hope to the hurting hearts; marked by challenging and painful circumstances with no one to call dad or mom.
At the end of the campaign I shall withdraw the funds and they will be transmitted to the local religious organization (either through a trusted person,a wire transfer or western union) .The local religious organization will then take care of the redistribution of funds to the respective orphanages.
The local religious organization will be responsible to let us know how much each orphanage received .
The orphanages do not have names they are rather refered to by their geographical locations (one is located in Muyinga and two others are in the Bujumbura suburbs ).
We will require some short videos where recipients get an opportunity to express how the funds were beneficial to them and thank donors for their generosity.
As soon as the redistribution will be completed we shall give feedback to the donors .
We will be posting on this page even offline donations that we receive so that it is crystal clear to everyone ,who donated and how much .Some names may be replaced with anonymous but the amount donated will be posted.Transparency is key!!
Ideally we plan to send the funds on December 18th,please donate sooner than that.
