JOIN OUR JOURNEY TO JOHANNESBURG
Help us shine a light on our mini and youth rugby players by joining our 14,000km walk to support the British & Irish Lions.
Midleton RFC is raising funds for floodlights that will hugely help the rugby experience for our underage and youth players and coaches. For us, like any club, these players form the future of our senior teams, our provincial and national teams and perhaps even the British & Irish Lions. Our ability to enable them to run around, train and play after school in the winter is key to their overall rugby experience.
To help us achieve our goal we are going to do something that no other club has ever done before. We are going to support our Lion Cubs and the British & Irish Lions by setting off from Midleton on the first day of the tour (July 3rd) and walking the 14,000 km to Johannesburg to support the team for the final Test in Johannesburg on August 7th 2021.
