<div>Her diagnoses at just 11 weeks old with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia tore through our hearts and the hearts of all her family and friends. She along with her beyond faithful and courageous family have been battling infant Leukemia over two years now and while the road has not been an easy one; the Schwendeman family has an incredible heart and strength of always looking at the small wins, staying positive and keeping faith.

<div>After over 800 days of battling cancer, the strain that puts on a family, dozens of ER visits, multiple months long in patient hospital stays, 100s of tests, experimental new drugs and old treatment standards… Josie will be receiving a Bone Marrow Transplant!!!

<div>The donor, her big brother, Caden Schwendeman who was recently tested and found to be a perfect 10 out of 10 match!

<div>As difficult as this situation is and the complexity of having to explain over and over the pros, cons, and probability of success to 6 a year old boy, Caden’s enthusiasm, confidence and faith that he is meant to do this is awe inspiring. His pure hearted remark, “She’s my sister. I WILL save her!”.
