Saturday, November 5th, 2016, my nephew, Joshua Cameron Miller, was hospitalized and put on life support. He has been on life support since Saturday and the family and friends were told Wednesday that there is little hope for recovery. Josh just turned 31 in September.
Josh left this world and returned to his loving Father, and Savior, Jesus Christ. His loss will be felt until we are reunited. Until then, we will honor this miracle named Josh by embracing life and seeking our full potential. Josh, my dear, YOU ARE the miracle!
Joshua is the son to Denise and Cameron Miller, two of the most beautiful people I know. Brother, Jeremy Miller, and fiance, Jill Finnan, have been by Josh's side, along with many, many friends and family, through this painful waiting and hoping for better news.
Joshua brought joy to everyone he knew, with his quirky humor, sparkling blue eyes, and crooked "Elvis" smile. Charming and brilliant, he was working toward his degree in Computer Aided Drafting. He was saving for a ring, and Jill was daydreaming about their wedding, and perhaps a little Josh or two.
Life doesn't always go our way, though, and we are reminded how fragile it can be. I have been so incredibly blessed to be a part of this family, and hope this page will bring a little relief to the financial burden they will be facing with medical and funeral expenses.
The Millers appreciate your love, support and prayers at this time. As we count our own blessings, may we each remember we are each others' keepers. God bless and hug your loved ones.
