Joshua’s kidney transplant fund

I’m helping my best friend and her family, her son Josh is in Stage 4 renal failure. This is his Story  He was born with a heart defect , had a surgery at 6 weeks old , a second surgery at 6 months. He was not expected to live past 5 , then 10, 18. He has been thorough a lot in his life and is awaiting a kidney transplant due to the medication he had to take to survive as long as he has. The cost of traveling is expensive , lodging , they live 2 hours away from the hospital where he gets his treatments from, making sure that Josh has proper nutrition is a must.
