2016 Paralympic Trials in Charlotte

My name is Joshua Myers, the 2015 National Paralympic Shot Put Champion in the F33 Class. Last summer after Nationals I thought my dream had fallen short and it was time for me to shift my efforts to the 2020 games in Tokyo, Japan.
But today I recieved an email that I have qualified for the 2016 U.S. Paralympic Team Trials for Track and Field! The Trials will be held in Charlotte, NC at Johnson C. Smith University on June 30th, July 1st and July 2nd
I did some historical research and learned what I am attempting to do is pretty tough. The US National Team has not had a Shot Put participant in my class isince the 2000 games in Athens Greece, And I already throw a meter further than he did at those games.
The US National Team has set the standards so high to make the team so high, they won't send an athlete unless they have the ability to medal. Know that if you continue to support me, you will be supporting a Paralympic medalist. With you help I will do this, and not only will I medal, I plan on winning GOLD!
Why I am requesting this sponsorship?
I am requesting this sponsorship because I understand that it is difficult for companies to sponsor me because disabled sports reaches such a small market and is hard for them to see a monetary return on their investment.
I am looking for monetary assistance to help pay for my entry fees, travel, and lodging during the meets I need to attend along my journey. I will be attending two meets during he 2016 season, The Desert Challeng Games in Tempe, AZ and then of course the Paralympic Trials in Charlotte each one comes with its own set of expenses. My previous GoFundMe donations are saved in account and will be helping me pay for my entry fee into the Desert Challenge Games and my Flight to Charlotte, but I will be in need of a travel companion to help with my equipment (along with some personal things).
