Joshua Gantt Harris (Big Daddy)
To those of you that know Joshua Gantt Harris, and everyone else who doesn't, please read as this is one of the hardest Gofundme accounts I have shared.
Right now Joshua, is in the hospital. I don't have permission from him to share all the facts. However, I can tell you, that right now he is alive and fighting. He has been in the hospital since August 10, 2017. On August 18, 2017 Joshua had to have emergency surgery, after which he had to be placed in a medically induced coma, to allow his body to recover.
The bare bones of the situation are that he is in critical condition and his doctors are sayiny that he will have to spend several weeks, if not months in the hospital and a rehabilitation facility, before he is able to return home and to work. Back to life as he knew it.
We are asking that everyone reading this to first and foremost PRAY. Send healing energy and thoughts. Send well wishes or hugs and surround him in positivity. We ask you to stand together with us, as we believe God, for Joshua's total and complete healing.
He is slowly making progress and we have faith that he will win this battle. However, this is only the beginning of the many trials he will face. His road to recovery and independence will be long, but if you know him, you know he would be there for any one of us were we in his shoes.
Clearly, the purpose of this link is to ask you to PLEASE donate whatever you can, to help with the astronomical mounting medical cost and expenses he will be facing for the foreseeable future. We are deeply grateful for any and all contributions.
PLEASE, won't you help with the continuing monthly costs of his rent and household bills, so that Joshua will have a place to come home to? Your donations will also help to insure that Joshua's son, Noah will be taken care of at a time when he can’t do it himself.
It is also important that his family members, have all of the help they need for travel expenses, as well as food and drink costs. Someone from Joshua's immediate has been by his bedside day and night. It has been difficult for his mother to leave his side. It is just as important to Joshua's healing that she stays healthy during this time.
For those of you that have already visited Joshua in the Critical Care Unit at Valley Medical Center in Renton, WA, please, please continue to visit. You may not be aware that you play a critical role in his healing. PLEASE don't stop at once.
