<div>In August, my big brother Josh received a devastating diagnosis: <strong>Rhabdomyosarcoma, an extremely rare and aggressive cancer</strong> that has affected fewer than 20 known adults in the country. He had to begin chemotherapy immediately and will also undergo surgery and radiation in the months ahead.

<div>Josh’s treatments are 3 hours from home, and his wife Grace travels with him to support him every step of the way. With Josh on short-term disability and Grace on intermittent FMLA, their household income has been reduced to about 60% of what it normally is. Meanwhile, the bills don’t stop—mortgage, childcare for their two young children, and everyday expenses continue to add up.
