<div>Looking after your Mental Health is critical. Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. Casual Minds Matter, Burnley, are there to help everyone in need of support, male and female. They’ve grown from strength to strength over the past couple of years, making a massive difference to peoples lives in the local community. Which is why I’ve once again chosen to fundraise for them.

<div>Lastly, I’d like to say a massive thank you to my main sponsors in Padiham Football Club, Steeltech Kinetix in Todmorden, and the Sunny Hill Pub in Whitehaven. Without them this challenge wouldn’t have been possible! Please take a minute to find them on Facebook and give them a like.
