On February 25, the world lost an amazing soul who contributed so much of his art, music, and energy to his community. Joseph Moreno touched many lives in Calexico, he was a ray of sunshine to everyone who crossed his path. Tragedies like this are never planned. We’re coming together as a community to help the mourning family and friends with expenses.
