Jose Rally Against Cancer

Hello, My name is Kimberly Torres and I am writing this for my mother Rosemary. This is about my stepfather, Jose, who unfortunately has to  fight to live aganist Liver cancer and Liver cirrhosis. 

Many years ago while he was helping someone, Jose had no knowledge that this person was sick and came in contact with Hepatitis B. He went to the doctors and  was told that he was treated but they wrong diagnosed him and now it will cost him his life.

Eight months ago he started becoming extremly sick and weak; the doctors in Puerto Rico were unable to detect what was wrong with him so my family decided to he fly out to New Jersey. After many tests,  it was discovered he has advance liver cancer and cirrhosis of liver (Stage 4).  

Jose has no life insurance and no doctor will accept him having a terminal illness; no one was willing to insure him; with each day that passed we had to come realization on what we are facing.
We are raising funds for his medical expenses and his funeral. Due to his circumstances, he will not be able to pay for his own medical expenses which leaves my mother responsible for all the expenses.

As you can imagine this devastating news we all received was not one would can ever imagine - knowing he will only have fews to a few months to live. We were shocked, thinking this had to be a bad dream but it wasn't. We are trying to be strong and happy so he can live his last months full of love, energy, beauty with all his family.
