Jose Pablo Hernandez Atilano A loving husband, father, grandpa and friend departed to heaven with no plans to return. Tuesday December 26, 2017 at the young age of 50 he passed away due to complications of pneumonia and organ failure. He was surrounded by his family and loved ones.
Jose was a kind, hardworking, strong man with the most loving heart a father/ husband could offer, He was always willing to help and teach others without hesitation. Although he was legally blind due to his advanced diabetes he was independent and was never held back from living his daily life with the normality everyone else around him lived it.
Just a few weeks ago he gave pneumonia his best fight, but God decided to embrace him in his arms and call him to his side. Our hearts are broken with his departure but we are sure that he is rejoicing in happy health next to God. Poppa is survived by his Wife, daughter, son, grandson and those whos lives he's touched will miss him dearly.
