On November 30, 2017 the unthinkable happened in Leslie Cedillo's life.

Her husband, Jose Cedillo was murdered by a hit and run driver after a motor vehicle accident in Monroe New Jersey while on his way to work at Cooper Electric.

Jose leaves behind by his wife Leslie and their 2 Rottweilers and 6 cats. He loved any and all animals especially his two loving rottweilers, Bella and Rex.
His pets are mourning his death as well.......

Jose Cedillo had a heart of gold. He had a very infectious smile and laughter that would light up a room. Jose was a truck driver, loving motorcycles and was also an auto mechanic. There isn't one person that did not immediately fall in love with Jose because of his warm, open heart and welcoming smile.

Leslie also works in the trucking industry (now only part time) and has been an avid animal rescuer for many years.

Leslie has also suffered as a victim by Jose's murder. She has lost the love of her life,
her husband,companion, and her world has been turned upside down by this tragic nighmare.
In addition to her resposiblities to her pets, she has been left in a very difficult financial situation.
Jose was the main wage earner & any and all of Jose's assets through his job at Cooper Electric are frozen until the investigation has been completed.

There are payments that as a widow she cannot afford and she is trying desperately to hold on to her home, support her pets (who are also grieving) and maintain some sembelence of her life before the events of November 30th.

As a human and animal rescue advocate, Leslie has been there for so many people throughout her life.

Now it's time for us to help her.

Leslie is dedicating much of her time and efforts to find Justice for Jose. Her daily posts on FaceBook are heartwretchingly raw and honest. No one can even imagine the struggle each day brings for Leslie with this tremendous loss.
