Jose Alvarez Recovery Fund

Thank you for taking the time to read this. This Go Fund me page has been set up to support The Alvarez Family.

Jose Alvarez, from the Bronx, NY is a hard working family man, provider and caretaker to his elderly live in aunt. Jose took his family on a
long awaited vacation to Puerto Rico. While visiting Puerto Rico’s sister island Vieques, Jose had a devastating accident in front of his
family and young son. The Hospital in Vieques did not have the resources to provide proper care for the severity of the incident. Jose was
transported back to the main island and is currently at Puerto’s Rico’s main trauma hospital.

Jose has been diagnosed with a broken arm, broken knee and shattered ankle. Jose is currently in excruciating pain due to the extent his
severe multiple injuries.

The road ahead presents many challenges: Physical, Mental, Therapeutic and Financial. Through this page we seek to assist Jose with at
least one of those.

Financially, as there will be many medical expenses associated with his multiple surgeries and rehabilitation. His wife and son also needs
additional lodging while on the island during his surgeries and recovery process. 

We humbly ask for your financial assistance with the cost of these emergency surgeries that will take place in Puerto Rico and to get Jose
back home. He will not able to work for many months and any donation amount is greatly appreciated by The Alvarez Family. God Bless!
