Jorge O. Morales Covid-19 Fund

Donation protected
Jorge O. Morales was a father, husband, brother, uncle, and friend to many. On April 7, 2020, Jorge lost his battle against covid-19 and peacefully passed away after two weeks of fighting for his life.

Throughout his life, Jorge always chose to help others even when he didn't have enough to help himself. He and his wife, Maggie, ran a small food truck business, Mike's Coffee Truck, in Queens, serving the LaGuardia airport staff, MTA bus drivers, a homeless shelter, taxi drivers, Vaughn College, and the East Elmhurst community. Due to his passing, the business can no longer be run. Jorge leaves behind his wife and three children (Jorge Jr, Daniel, and Ivanna), plus many others who loved him.

We, his immediate family, are kindly asking for donations in any amount to help get through these difficult times, back on our feet, and moving forward.

All donations received after surpassing our goal of $15,000 will go towards the Robin Hood Relief Fund for covid-19 victims, a campaign helping New Yorkers in poverty by providing food, housing, and funding.
