Welcome and thank you for checking our GoFundMe site. As many of you know, Jorge was diagnosed with advanced Colon Cancer in May 2016. It has been a year and a half of tough times, including multiple surgeries and treatments. Hope and prayers have been a continuous drive in this fight. As you can imagine, all these expenses add up. Your support and generosity for Jorge, Kathy (his wife of 24 years), and their two girls Veronica and Carolina would be greatly appreciated during these difficult times.

Many of you may know that he was active member of his community. He was invovled with our local church St. Leo the Great as an usher, reader, and Eucharistic minister. He is a devoted husband and dad, always providing the best for his girls. When the girls were in elementry school he drove them to all their dance performances, helped them get dressed, calmed their pre-show gitters and made sure they got home safely. In addition, he took on the role as the light technichan for their performances. As the girls got older, Jorge became the FPYC soccer coach for Carolina's soccer team. He worked hard to put Veronica and Carolina through college, and in Decemeber of 2017 Veronica will be the first Bonilla College graduate. As mentioned before Jorge has spend 24 loving years of marriage with his wife Kathy, whom he loved from the moment he laid eyes on her (he even remembers the dress she wore the first day they met). Jorge has touched many lives during his lifetime as a coach, co-worker, friend, husband and dad.
Before my dad passed away, my dad appointed his comprade, our Tio Fransico, in charge of helping us in funeral arrangements. He has helped us with suport emotionally and financially. He helped pay for the funeral therefore all of the funds will go towards helping Tio pay for the funeral. Thank you.
