To my dearest friends, family and supporters:
We first would like to Thank You all for the outpouring support we have received from everyone. We really appreciate all the love and well wishes for our little princess Jordynn!
As some of you may already know Jordynn was born with a heart defect. After months of tests,different medications and a couple of hospital stays it was determined that our sweet little baby at the tender age of just six months needed open heart surgery to "correct the heart issue" we've dealt with for months...it was by far the hardest thing as new parents that we had to do. Our hearts sank the morning of her surgery..I wished then just as much as I wish now I could take all her pain away...well 3 years later we are finding our selves rite back here bearing those same feelings. Jordynn is now suffering from MAPCA which is when there is complete obstruction of the Pulmonary Artery.
There were no more options..we were told to wait it out by our local cardiologist..but we weren't going to sit around and wait for our baby girl to just collapse one day due to lack of blood flow to her heart/lungs. Upon doing our own research we came across Boston Children's Hospital who is more then willing to take on Jordynn's case.
The wonderful doctors out in Boston have come up with a plan that calls for yet another surgery that will ultimately repair the obstruction as best they can giving Jordynn a better chance at living a healthier life. Unfortunately we do not live in Boston which is a problem all in its self. Our insurance might not be able to cover all the near future medical bills that are soon to pile up.
My husband currently is the financial provider...due to Jordynn's medical condition I have to constantly monitor her well being leaving the financial burden on my husband. The purpose of this fund is to get my princess to Boston, take care of medical bills and any other financial issues that may arise during our stay at Boston Children's Hospital.
I want to thank EVERYONE from the bottom of my heart for your prayers,kind words and donations! It means the world to us!
