Jordan's funeral/medical expenses

Jordan Patterson, 26 years old, was rushed to the emergency room July 26th, 2017. After doing a CT scan they found that her heart and liver were enlarged and that there was fluid in her lungs. She was sent to critical care where they found out her heart was only working at 20% and her whole body was shutting down. Her age, playing a key role in her being alive right now. She was told that she had Conjestive Heart Failure and would need to be put on the heart transplant list. Below, i have added a link to what her exact diagnosis is. Peripartum cardiomyopathy (PPCM),
Jordans Diagnosis
She had to go into surgery to have a LVAD pump put on her heart to keep her alive while she waits for a heart transplant. She was told that the conjestive heart failure was due to the impact that her pregnancy had on her heart, which has also caused her to be unable to have any more children.
Jordan has heaps of strength, with endless optimism, a wonderful sense of humor, intelligence, and resilience that is unfathomable. As I know, this is a terrifying time for Jordan, she is going through an immense amount of pain, stress, and worry.. and probably a million other feelings that cannot ever be described. She does this all while trying To raise her 2 1/2 year old daughter. Jordan is unable to work, and is going to be swamped with medical bills. Her family has gone through so much these past couple years, so lets do what we can to help support this amazing family in their time of need.
