Jordans Facial Feminization Surgery

Donation protected
After navigating the world as a trans woman for the past two years I am nearly at the finish line of my transition. Since beginning my transition my life has changed in ways I could not have even imagined. Every single aspect of my life is different. I never imagined how much I would have to sacrafice to achieve my goals and become the woman I was meant to be. I gave up my career in fashion. I said goodbye to the city I loved more than anything, that taught me so much and introduced me to the most amazing friends in the world whom had become my chosen family. I knew that realistically working and living in New York I would never be able to afford the transition I needed to be happy. I spent 6 months of my first year as a trans woman in North Dakota working at a boutique and driving around ignorant, racist, homophobic,  sexist, and transphobic drunks around for Uber.  Finally I had made enough money to drive to LA where I have been hustling for the last 8 months doing work I never imagined I would have to do. After putting my life on hold the last two years I am so ready to be done and start my life again. My facial feminization surgery is scheduled for January 31st 2018 in Plano, Texas. The procedures I have chosen to have done are a brow lift with bossing and scalp advancement which is a procedure that is used to feminize the forehead area by raising the brow, lowering the hairline and softening and recontouring the appearance of the brow bone. The second procedure I have chosen to have done is nose reshaping with narrowing of the nasal base. My brow bone and my nose have been my biggest insecurity and greatest cause of dysphoria my entire adult life. These are not cosmetic procedures, they are reconstructive procedures. My goal is not to look "prettier." My goal is to reverse the side effects of testosterone and male puberty. To put it simply, I just want to look like myself. The reason I am asking for your help today is not to pay for my surgery. What I really need help with is covering the cost of travel, housing (17 nights at airbnb), food, and recovery time that I will not be able to work is approximately $3,000. Every little bit is appreciated and even if you can't donate sharing my campaign is wildly appreciated.
