<div>Who would voluntarily want to run 26.2 miles? Well, lots of people. And yes, we're all absolutely bonkers. But, if I'm going to run a marathon, I figured this would be the perfect opportunity to also try and raise a bit of money for charity. I'll be running the Altra York Marathon on the 19th October! Bib number 1884 if you want to track me.

<div>The hardest thing a man can do is admit that he's struggling. But that's where Andy's Man Club is making a change. They offer completely free private and open meetings across the UK. They're doing an amazing job, any cash you can spare would help them a lot.

<div>A bit of info about the charity. They are a male suicide prevention charity. They were established in 2016 after the tragic loss of Andrew Roberts to suicide aged 23. They facilitate non professional peer to peer support groups across the UK for any man to attend over 18. They provide a confidential non judgemental space for men to come together to chat about anything that they would like to get off of their chest. They have no waiting list, no referral or signing in process.
