We recently moved to Florida, and I drained all that I had paying for the move. Not to mention, I didn’t realize the cost was going to be so much more.

Band fees are $660 per year.  Additional fees for equipment rental ($35/mo) and uniforms ($105)

 

We do not have family members to call on for help. I do work full-time, and so does my fiancé, although currently, all of the funds are going to bills.

A little about Jordan… Our move was to escape a very traumatic event in her life that she received extensive treatment and therapy for. Once she completed some of that therapy, she decided she was ready for a fresh start. Band is one of the few things that make Jordan truly happy, and we want her to experience the next 4 years in band to possibly further her future with a college scholarship. Jordan is an amazing and talented teenager.

So, if you can give, anything helps. Please don’t feel obligated.
