Please help us raise funds for the funeral expenses of Jordan Johnson, who passed away unexpectedly on November 29. He was only 27 years old and leaves behind his heartbroken parents, Cheryl Puskas Johnson and Gus Johnson III; siblings, Gus Johnson IV, Jeremy (Lindsay) Puskas, Ryan Puskas and Courtney (Charles) Worley; grandmother, Gladys Johnson and many extended family members and many friends.
To know Jordan was to love him. He could light up any room he walked into with his bright smile – a smile that truly showed through his eyes. He was a good soul, always sincere in his actions. A devoted son, thoughtful brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and loyal friend. Jordan will always be remembered for his genuine and giant heart. He was always willing to help anyone in need. He was truly loved by so many.
Beneath that smile was turmoil. Jordan bravely fought a private battle with addiction, but the addiction overtook him. To those out there fighting the same battle, please do not be ashamed, but seek the help you need and work the program one day at a time. Only an addict can save themselves.
Jordan is finally at peace, but those left behind are hurt, saddened, confused, and truly mourn his absence. If the awareness of addiction can help save at least one life, then Jordan’s life served a noble purpose.
