Jordan Prescott Lambert was a beautiful son, brother, family member and friend. Jordan touched people he met with a warm, giving heart and made this world a better place to live. Tragically, Jordan could not turn the corner on his addiction issues and passed away from this life to his eternal home on January 6th, 2018. He will be sorely missed, but definitely not forgotten! He had an amazing ability to touch everyone he met in a very fun and positive way. In lieu of flowers or gifts, Jordan's family asks you to kindly donate funds to a program -Sober Living America - that truly helps others who are struggling like Jordan did. Sober Living America is daily changing lives and giving people like Jordan a real chance to beat their addiction issues. Thank you so much for your thoughts and prayers. We know Jordan would be blown away by this outpouring of affection that we have already received.
