Jonathan Charles Fox, columnist, writer, reporter, ( comedian- in my humble opinion) and photographer for the award winning River Reporter has brought us joy, humor, insights, and a window into the world of arts and leisure in Bethel, NY, Sullivan County. He covers 4 counties, 60 communities, 2 states and beyond, and has for many years now.
As some of you might know, our dear friend and an important member of our community has been struggling with numerous health issues as of late. Jonathan has recently been diagnosed with stage 3 bladder cancer. It is painful and debilitating. The struggle is becoming severe. Additionally he is suffering from some other serious health conditions, including Parkinsons, Epilepsy, and Lyme disease.
The financial burden of treatments, mounting bills, and general living, along with the emotional and physical toll this has taken on him has been great. Isolation, hopelessness, distress and lack of will to fight is not an option.
Jonathan and Dharma (the Wonderdog) have always been there for us. Now its time to be there for them.
Please... anything you can give will be greatly appreciated. Any and all donations will be welcomed. The funds will go towards medical bills, treatment, and helping to meet his basic bills which is becoming more difficult and creating extreme pressure.
