Joline and Eli

Hi, my name is Michelle, and I have an urgent request. I am asking for help financially for a dear friend of mine, Joline and her granddaughter Eli. Joline has started the process of kinship foster since she brought Eli home two weeks after her birth. Eli had to detox from drugs. Joline and Eli still have a long journey ahead.

This is an urgent need for rent, utilities and diapers. Joline has exhausted current resources. Joline brought Eli home who was born addicted on January 9th of this year, so she wouldn't have to go to strangers. Then Joline had to have surgery a week ago, as not having it became worse than the recovery from having it.

Joline and I have been friends since 2007-2008. We met as coworkers and became immediate friends. She has worked hard her whole life serving others and from what I've known and seen, has never asked for a thing, even now. Which is why I am doing this. I am hoping for two months coverage for rent, utilities and diapers to help secure this safe and loving home for Eli and give Joline time to get well and access other resources to get back on her feet.
