This is the parents of Whitley Tate she is our 2 year old daughter who has been diagnosed with Syrinx of the spinal cord and Scoliosis. We first noticed this when she was 3 months old and we couldn’t get no answers to why she had a big lump on her spine. Finally with a CT scan they found it and she was about to be 12 months old. We was terrified not knowing what Syrinx was and we blamed ourselves for the longest of time but we are blessed that we have such an amazing god watching over us❤️ Nothing has stopped her from enjoying her life. She brings so much joy to ours. We didn’t want to ask anyone for help but with this time of year we have been struggling with bills and traveling. We both do our best to provide for our family but sometimes we do fail and need some help. I’m currently working part time and going to every appointment. We have to travel to UVA Sunday night to wake up Monday morning for Whitley to be put in a body cast. After that we are traveling down the UVA every two weeks for her to be put under and fit for more casting. We would appreciate anything that is given to us for travel expenses and bills!❤️
