<div>This is Ella Jayne.  She is 15 from West Monroe.  Ella was born with a rare, genetic condition called Spinal Muscular Atrophy.  It is a neuromuscular disease that affects her whole body.

<div>The funds raised here will be donated directly to Ella’s medical fund to cover the future costs of medical travel &amp; needs.

<div>$5,000 is to be split between Ella’s medical account &amp; CURE SMA. CURE SMA is a wonderful organization that supports families affected by SMA through care packages, conferences, and medical equipment.  They do many things our community is grateful for.
