Join us on a mother & son epic rowing & kayaking journey

Hello everyone,

I am thrilled to share our exciting journey with you! My son who just finished High school and I are about to embark on an ambitious rowing & kayaking expedition along the iconic 2550km long Murray River in Australia and whilst this is mostly self-funded, we would like some support to help capture our journey in a way that can inspire a large and diverse audience.

Why are we doing this?

Growing up, I had to learn the importance of resilience and resourcefulness, much of which I acquired through nature and challenging myself. I like to pass those learnings on to my son, especially in a world dominated by technology.

Through this 3 months expedition, we will hike through Mount Kosciusko National Park for 350km, and then enter our boats for another 2200km, camping along the Murray River. We aim to inspire people of all ages, to follow their dreams and push their limits. We want to show that with determination and support, anything is possible.

Why We Need Your Support

Our journey is more than just a physical challenge. It's a story of inspiration and perseverance. We're embarking on a 3–4-month expedition without any initial funding, relying on the generosity and support of people like you. We want to capture our adventure on camera. Cy and I will be documenting our own journey via our social media and vlogs.

• Cost of documenting our adventure (getting some help in consolidating our footage and editing)
