<div>This is a fundraiser for a great man who has had a very tough year medically. <strong>John Scrivner is and was a great leader and visionary in the early Wireless Internet Service Provider Industry.</strong> His vision of creating a trade association, owned by the members with the purpose to give the small providers a voice in Washington, DC, and state governments began in 2004. This year marks the 20th anniversary of WISPA.

<div>Anyways, John has had multiple surgeries this past year and recently was in a coma and on a ventilator for several weeks. <strong>His medical bills are substantial.</strong> John is doing much better now, but does need to be in a wheelchair. <strong>We ask that you please contribute what you can afford.</strong> Without John's perseverance and steadfast leadership 20 years ago, the WISP industry wouldn't be what it is today.
