Stability for our daughter: We recently switched to homeschooling for our daughter so that we could provide a more stable and safer environment for her education and upbringing. A finished, thoughtfully designed home supports these goals by providing a safe and stress-free place for her to pursue her education.
Financial stewardship: We’re doing all the work ourselves to maximize every dollar, avoid debt, and ensure long-term reliability. So far, we have replaced 90% of the house ourselves with our own labor and money, but at this point, we are reaching the end of our financial resources while our daughter grows older every day.
How the funds will be used:
HVAC: Purchase and installation of a reliable, energy-efficient system to heat and cool the home safely.
Flooring: Durable, non-slip materials suitable for a family with a child.
Kitchen: Functional, safe layout with needed appliances and finishes.
