<div>What started as a few dance classes has turned into a community of dancers showing up every week to move, sweat, laugh, and reconnect with themselves through dance.

<div>At Sadie Jane Dance, our mission has always been simple:

<div>Create a space where adults can feel confident, supported, and inspired—whether they’ve never danced before or are returning after years away from it.

<div>And the response has been incredible.

<div>In the past year alone we’ve hosted:

<div>• Weekly Stilettos, Hip-Hop, and Contemporary classes

</div>

<div>• Private coaching and technique sessions

</div>

<div>• Community workshops and partner classes

</div>

<div>• A breast cancer fundraiser event

</div>

<div>• Collaborations with dancers across Maine

</div>

<div>• And now… our first ever Spring Showcase: MOVEMENT

<div>Every week we see new dancers walk through the door nervous and unsure—and leave standing taller, stronger, and smiling.

<div>Dance has the power to transform people.

</div>

<div>But right now, our studio is temporary.

</div>

</div>

<div>We’ve been operating out of a shared event space in downtown Brunswick, and while it’s allowed us to grow, it’s not designed for the kind of dance community we’re building.

<div>Which brings us to the next big step.

<div><strong>The Dream: A Permanent Dance Home</strong>

</div>

<div>We are currently working toward opening a permanent Sadie Jane Dance studio space in Cook’s Corner, designed specifically for adult dancers and the incredible community we’ve built.

</div>

</div>

<div>This space will allow us to:

</div>

<div>• Offer more weekly classes and training opportunities

</div>

<div>• Host guest teachers and workshops

</div>

<div>• Provide rehearsal space for performers and local dancers

</div>

<div>• Create community events and showcases

</div>

<div>• And most importantly, give our dancers a place that truly feels like home

<div>A space where anyone can walk in and know they belong.

<div>We are raising $50,000 to help fund the renovation and build-out of the new studio space.

<div>Opening a studio takes a tremendous amount of resources, and while we are investing everything we can ourselves, we also believe that this community deserves to be part of building it.

<div>On April 11th, dancers from Sadie Jane Dance and guest performers from across Maine will take the stage for our Spring Showcase: MOVEMENT.

<div>This performance represents more than choreography.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>It represents the courage of dancers who said yes to something new.

</div>

<div>The friendships built in class every week.

</div>

<div>And the pursuit of something bigger than ourselves.

</div>

<div>All proceeds from the showcase go directly toward building our future studio.
