Dear Toronto Community,

Today, we are reaching out to you about a matter close to our hearts. Our beloved colleague, Yvonna, whose warm greetings and positive energy are at the core of our office culture, is facing a challenging family time due to health complications effecting her grandson, Henry.

At just 8 months old, Henry was diagnosed with sagittal craniosynostosis, a condition requiring extensive medical intervention, including total cranial vault reconstruction surgery. This journey, with numerous follow-up appointments and treatments, will be long and difficult.

Despite their own hardships, Yvonna and her family have always been there to support others. Now, it's our turn to show them the same kindness and generosity they've consistently demonstrated. We're calling on our teams to rally together and help ease the financial burden this medical journey will undoubtedly bring. Your support, no matter the amount, will make a significant difference in this family’s life and show Yvonna how much we value her as an integral part of our community.

This holiday season, may we all come together to support our friends, colleagues, and loved ones.
