<div>In the wake of the devastating floods that swept through Valencia last week, our hearts are heavy with the loss of over 200 lives and the extensive damage to homes and communities. As members of the global community, we have already contributed to the main relief efforts supporting those affected by this catastrophe and we encourage everyone to continue to do so.

<div>Today, we reach out with a special plea from the Saab community. Saab, a marque no longer in production, represents not just a car, but a cherished piece of automotive history. Francisco (Paco) Ferris, a dear friend and fellow enthusiast, has suffered a tremendous loss. His business in Valencia is temporarily closed, and nine of his cherished Saabs were severely damaged by the floods—cars that are nearly irreplaceable and hold immense sentimental value.

<div>We are now arranging for all the affected Saabs to be transported to Emilio Barrau in Zaragoza, where we will provide updates on the rescue, rebuild, and restoration process of these vehicles. As a community bonded by our love for Saab, it’s crucial we come together in this time of need. This fundraising initiative is global—we invite Saab enthusiasts from all corners of the world, no matter where you are, to join in our efforts. Every contribution, big or small, plays a part in our mission to save these special Saabs that are a link to our shared heritage and passion.
