Groceries are expensive as hell right now, and for a lot of families, putting dinner on the table has become a real financial strain. So I challenged Iron Chef Alex Guarnaschelli to make the best dinner she could for just $15 — to show what you can still do on a tight budget while raising money for people who need the help most.

This challenge is supporting Philabundance, the Philadelphia region’s largest hunger-relief organization, serving communities across Southeastern Pennsylvania and South Jersey as well as City Harvest which serves the greater NYC area!

If you want to be part of it, you can donate through The RC FUNd on GoFundMe. Donations from this fundraiser will go toward supporting Philabundance and their work fighting food insecurity.
