 Founded in 2025 in New York City, ROOT’D was created with a clear purpose: to help BIPOC women address and break through the glass ceilings they face in professional spaces.

 For too long, professional networking has felt cold, surface-level, and transactional. ROOT’D exists to change that. We are building intentional, high-trust spaces where women can align their personal strengths and unique stories with their professional aspirations. It is not just about exchanging business cards. It is about building meaningful circles, breaking down barriers, and sharing real resources that open real doors.

 The Story Behind the Movement
</div>
<div>
 Hi, I’m Cheyenne Tull, founder of ROOT’D.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Growing up in the Bronx, I didn’t have a roadmap for navigating the corporate landscape. I didn't have access to insider mentorship or a clear guide to what opportunities were even out there. I simply had to figure things out as I went, trying different paths, learning on the fly, and pushing toward success through sheer grit.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Even when life handed me severe challenges, including a life-threatening health issue and an ongoing chronic condition, I was determined not to let my circumstances define my destination. I graduated college in four years and went on to build a career in marketing strategy, working alongside leading entertainment brands and Fortune 500 companies.

 Having navigated those corporate halls as a Black woman, I know firsthand how isolating it can feel, and how vital a strong support system truly is. ROOT’D is my way of giving back to the community that raised me, ensuring the next wave of BIPOC women do not have to figure it out alone.

 Why We Need Your Support
</div>
<div>
 We’ve already seen the magic that happens when BIPOC women gather with purpose. To scale this impact, remain accessible, and deliver high-quality experiences, we need community support.

<div>
 Event Activations &amp; Venues: Renting welcoming, high-quality event spaces across NYC, as well as covering decor, A/V, and production costs to create inspiring atmospheres where women feel celebrated.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Educational &amp; Programming Materials: Designing, printing, and distributing custom workbooks, career development toolkits, and workshop materials that give women tangible tools to take home.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Community Merchandise: Producing ROOT’D merch that fosters a strong sense of identity, pride, and community connection inside and outside our event rooms.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 Keeping Events Accessible: Ensuring ticket prices remain low or free so financial constraints never prevent a woman from getting in the room.
