<div> For those of you that do not know Rob’s story….he was born with a club foot. His right foot was not completely formed. It is actually two whole shoe sizes smaller than his left foot. He was 6 months old when he had his first surgery and would go on to have 2 more surgeries by the time he turned 11 years old. That was his last.

<div>Now, 30 years later and after many jobs that required him to be on his feet doing manual labor, the ligaments &amp; tendons have deteriorated. January 2025 during our crazy, Houston winter storm he slipped on some ice and had a really bad sprain. It took three x-rays and an MRI to find that he has torn ligaments &amp; arthritis.

<div>This will require surgery. He will undergo a grafted ligament repair surgery to fix and attach the ligaments on the lateral side of the ankle. They'll also clean out the arthritis from the wear &amp; tear from years on his already unstable foot.
</div>
<div>Recovery will be 2 weeks non-weight bearing, followed by about 4 weeks in a boot then physical therapy for another 6-8 weeks in a brace.
