<div>My dream is to restore and launch Rosie’s Canteen, a vintage 1962 Airstream food trailer inspired by the values I grew up with. I’ve already purchased the trailer and invested in most of the kitchen equipment. Now, I need help bringing everything together—completing the build, installing essential systems, covering permits, and opening the business.
